1. What Skyquire is

Skyquire is a technology platform that connects parties interested in buying, selling, or merging businesses in India, and provides tools that support those transactions — including AI-assisted matching, valuation estimates, timelines, and deal management. Skyquire is a facilitator: we are not a party to any transaction concluded between users, and we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, or chartered accountancy firm.

Valuations, match scores, growth projections, timelines, and other AI-generated outputs are estimates produced from the information provided, for guidance only. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice, and actual outcomes may differ materially.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyquire's total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to Skyquire in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, decisions made in reliance on platform content, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Provisions on fees, liability, and disputes survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
