Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Skyquire — the website skyquire.com and its associated web and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. What Skyquire is
Skyquire is a technology platform that connects parties interested in buying, selling, or merging businesses in India, and provides tools that support those transactions — including AI-assisted matching, valuation estimates, timelines, and deal management. Skyquire is a facilitator: we are not a party to any transaction concluded between users, and we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, or chartered accountancy firm.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person or entity per account. Accounts are not transferable.
3. Listings and verification
- Sellers must provide truthful, current information about their business. Submitting false financials or documents is grounds for immediate removal and may have legal consequences.
- Our verification checks (GSTIN, MCA, PAN, financial documents) are performed with reasonable care but do not constitute a guarantee, audit, or certification of any business.
- Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before entering any transaction. See our Disclaimer.
4. Fees
- Buyers — a success fee applies on completed acquisitions, calculated as a percentage of the transaction value on a sliding scale by deal size. The applicable rate is shown and agreed to before you express interest in a listing.
- Corporates — merger estimate reports are a paid service with pricing shown at the time of request.
- Fees, once earned, are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable use
- No attempting to identify or contact counterparties outside the platform to circumvent Skyquire's mediation or fees.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of platform data or AI features.
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity of any kind.
6. AI-generated content
Valuations, match scores, growth projections, timelines, and other AI-generated outputs are estimates produced from the information provided, for guidance only. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice, and actual outcomes may differ materially.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyquire's total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to Skyquire in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, decisions made in reliance on platform content, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Provisions on fees, liability, and disputes survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
